Squad Academy is a free community site. You can use all of it without an account. This page explains what is stored if you do log in.

Without an account

Your learning progress (which modules you’ve completed) is saved only in your own browser (local storage). It never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.

With an account (optional)

If you choose Log in with Discord, we store:

Your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar	To log you in and show who’s logged in
The email address on your Discord account	Provided by Discord when you log in; used only for your login, never for mailing
Which modules you’ve completed, and when	To keep your progress across devices

We don’t use tracking cookies, ads or analytics, and we never sell or share your data. Your login session is kept in your browser’s local storage.

Accounts and progress are stored with Supabase, our database and login provider. Discord handles the login itself under Discord’s own privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account until you delete it. You can delete your account at any time from your account page: this immediately and permanently removes your login and all saved progress.
